Leaders from across the institution interact in order to highlight the interdependence between the different areas and produce immediate actions after each of the 4 project modules. In partnership with HR and / or the institution's Directors, each module is linked to a workshop in which participants create their own alternatives and build action plans to apply the concepts to their reality.

This is the proposal of Rescue in Moa-Moa: a team immersed in a 20 square meter scenario for more than 1 hour, working in an experiential way to accelerated learning, based on neuroscience concepts.
Based on the specific competences of the company itself, this board game is ideal for presenting or reinforcing the concepts, definitions and the importance of these competences in the performance of each professional. A fun and at the same time very efficient way to retain knowledge.
